Display wallboards in your office

How to display a wallboard on an office TV using a browser and an access code.

FleetOps wallboard enables you to visualize important metrics or announcements and display it on the big screen in your offices.

To display wallboards in an office:

  • Ensure that your TV has access to a browser - see supported environments

  • Login to FleetOps and navigate to wallboards

  • Open the wallboard that you wish to display in the office and generate access code

  • Open the browser on your smart TV

  • Navigate to: https://app.fleetops.com and click on access wallboards

  • Enter the access code in the popup field and press the Start button

  • That's it, the wallboards will run on the screen until it's switched off

  • If you need to restart the wall board, generate another code.


To adjust zoom levels on your wallboard:

  • Open the wallboard settings

  • Select the desired dashboard zoom level and adjust by previewing the display on you TV screen

  • Note: The changes will only be visible on the screen used to display the wallboard. You will not see changes in the preview on your right.
