Exclude records from a gadget

How to exclude specific records from a gadget using filter settings.

Sometimes there is a need to remove certain records from a gadget. For example, if one of the divisions in your organization was closed, or merged with another, you need to exclude it from your gadgets.

Use gadget settings to edit filters on the gadget.

  • Open gadget settings by clicking on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the gadget and selecting edit filters

  • Click on add filters and pick a filter that you need to edit.

  • Select any value that you wish to remove, toggle the 'Exclude' button and click 'Save'.
