What are KPI Lists?

Use a KPI List to track a set of KPIs week-over-week, set targets, and assign actions when numbers slip. Targets can be set company-wide, per team, or per person. Drill into any cell to see performance over time and add an annotation.

What you can do with a KPI List

  • Group KPIs by team, region, or whatever fits your business

  • Set targets as ranges, with 2–5 colored bands

  • Open a slideout panel on any KPI to see the context behind the number

  • Create tasks for accountability
