How to sign in to FleetOps with Microsoft SSO and what to do if sign-in fails.

  • Pick the Microsoft account that has access to FleetOps

  • Enter your Microsoft credentials to log in

If you previously accessed FleetOps with email & password:

You will receive an email notification once your organization switches on Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for FleetOps.

If this is your first time logging into FleetOps with Microsoft SSO, you will be asked to enter your FleetOps password to confirm and link your Microsoft account. This is a one-time action.

If this is your first time logging into FleetOps with Microsoft SSO, you will be asked to enter your FleetOps


FAQ

I am unable to sign in with Microsoft although I used to be able to log in with email & password

This may be because your access to FleetOps was revoked when your organization switched on Microsoft SSO. Please contact an admin in your organization if you think you should have access to FleetOps.
