Replace your credit card payment with ACH

Step-by-step guide to switching your payment method from a credit card to ACH via Plaid.

Step 1. Delete your current payment method


  • Go to the settings on the right of the navigation panel

  • Select billing

  • Click the 'X' icon beside your credit card.

  • Confirm by clicking on ‘Delete Card’

Step 2: Add a new payment method

  • Go to ‘Add Payment’

  • Select ACH as your new payment method

Step 3. Log in to your online bank account using the Plaid secure payment gateway

  • After selecting ACH as your payment method, click continue on the screen that takes you to the payment gateway

  • Note that your bank details are never shared with or made accessible to FleetOps

  • Once you’ve selected your bank, you will be redirected to your normal online bank log in process. Depending on where you bank, this step might require an additional authorization, such as text message with a code.

Step 4: Select sub account

  • If your bank provides a sub account option you can select it here.
