Seeing Master Views

Two ways to find a Master View — search and drill-down from reporting.

There are two ways to find a master view in the system. A master view is a detailed overview of a particular resource e.g. a truck. These are only visible when the related App has been purchased.

Using Search

Users will see a Search box in the navigation menu on the top right. There is also a search box on the homepage.

Click the box and this will open up a full page search where you can type who/what you need to find. In this example, you can search for Customers, Drivers or Trucks. It may be that only one of these is available, depending on the Apps deployed on your site.

Drill down from reporting

When particular master views have been enabled for your organization, all users will see new icons that appear when hovering on reporting.

Clicking on this icon will open the master view for the resource in question. In the example below, the user can drill into a particular driver.
