There are a number of ways to share content in FleetOps in the new FleetOps interface.

You can publish reports/dashboards/KPI lists to one or many Portals. Any Executive user with access to those Portals will see the published content immediately.

Suitable for: sharing the team reporting library with executives on that team.

You can create a workspace containing content from one or many Portals, and share that with individual executive users. Workspaces are not assigned to any one Portal.

Suitable for: create a weekly meeting space and sharing it with people from various teams.
​

You can share individual pieces of content with Executive users regardless of their access to any Portal.
​

Suitable for: ad hoc reporting or if a user should not see the full reporting library.
