The Engagement Portal has a number of elements that can be customized.

For the Admins and Portal Managers, there are reports which report on aggregate performance and root causes.

For the Fleet Managers, there is the Fleet Manager View, to help them manage their drivers day to day
​

There are three reports visible and each one of these can be customized.

Customizations can include:-

The targets and reason codes are also managed from the Engagement Portal.

This shows the templated interface for each fleet manager.
​

This shows a list of drivers with high level information and weekly target progress is highlighted. Any piece of driver information we have can be added to the list, and we can also change the cadence from weekly if needed.

Here we show more details about the driver for the past 13 weeks - any metrics can be added here and the 13 week view can be shortened/lengthened.

Here is a deep dive on all the information on that driver. We can add/remove tabs to this screen, change the date ranges on each chart and add/remove metrics on each page.
