If you are an Admin, you can configure who can access each resource for your organization.
To do this:
Open the "Data Manager"
Open the "Entities" tab
On the resource details screen you wish to configure access, click the settings cog
In the following popup, configure which users you would like to see this resource through the "Access" setting
When you are happy with your changes, click "Update"
Your changes will take effect immediately
