Change date filters temporarily

  • On dashboards, click on the date at the bottom left of any gadget.

  • Pick a new date range to see a temporary change. When you refresh your dashboard the date range will return to the saved setting

  • On a drill down report, temporarily change the date range from the calendar control in the upper left corner of the report.

  • Once you close this pop-up report, dates will return to the default setting.

Note: If you are exporting a grid with changed date range - this will be reflected in your exported spreadsheet.

Save changes to date filters

If you are an Admin / Editor, you can apply new filters and save the changes. They will remain in place, even after you refresh your dashboard.

  • Click on 'Edit filters' on a dashboard gadget

  • Apply new date ranges

  • Change the name of the gadget to reflect the new date range (optional)

  • Click 'Save' in the lower right hand corner
