Your permissions depends on what role was assigned to you
Basic User
Can only be added to Engagement Portals as front-line user
Executive
Can view content in Executive Portals if added to them
Can be assigned the Portal Manager role
Portal Manager
Can manage the Engagement Portal
Admin
Can add and migrate users
Can create, edit and publish content
