The FleetOps platform periodically queries and syncs data securely from your database using Microsoft's Integration Runtime (IR). The IR is a Windows Service that creates a secure link to transfer data between your network and the FleetOps platform.
All traffic is outbound from your network and therefore no changes to your firewall are required. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
