Note: this feature is available to Admin users only.
The slideout on a performance board lets you drill into individuals to see performance over time. This slideout can be customized using a list of available widgets.
If the slideout has not been configured yet, when you click on the individual, you will see the list of available widgets as shown below.
Adding a Performance Graph
The Performance Graph widget shows the difference from target over time on a bar graph. It is accompanied by a grid beneath the graph which shows you the same data on a table.
From the list of widget types, select 'Performance Graph'
Enter a title for the widget
Select how much history you would like to see on the graph. For example, 'Last 13 weeks'
Select the performance field from the list of fields on which targets have been set.
Toggle on 'Show reason codes' if you are collecting reason codes on the board.
Click 'Save Widget' to add it to the slideout.
Re-order, Edit or Delete Widgets
To re-order widgets in the slideout, hover over the widget and drag the handle on the top left corner of the widget to the desired position
To edit or delete a widget click on the menu on the top right corner of the widget
Adding a Metric Widget
The Metric Widget lets you display a list of KPIs as shown below.
Click on the add (+) icon on the top right corner of the slideout and select 'Metric Widget'
Enter a title for the widget
Select the date range you would like to use for the metrics. For example, 'Last 13 weeks'
Click on 'Add Metric' and select the desired metric from the metric picker.
Re-order the metrics as needed.
Click 'Save Widget' to add it to the slideout.
Adding a Simple Grid
The Simple Grid widget lets you display raw data from a selected dataset.
Click on the add (+) icon on the top right corner of the slideout and select 'Simple Grid'
Enter a title for the widget
Select the date range you would like to use for the metrics. For example, 'Current Interval'
Select a dataset from the dropdown list
Click on 'Add field(s)' and select all the fields that you would like to display in the simple grid.
Click 'Save Widget' to add it to the slideout.
Adding a Properties Widget
The Properties widget lets you display the latest information for the individual that you drilled into. For example, hire date for a driver.
Click on the add (+) icon on the top right corner of the slideout and select 'Properties'
Enter a title for the widget
Select a dataset from the dropdown list
Click on 'Add field(s)' and select all the fields that you would like to display in the properties widget.
Adding a Comments Widget
A comments widget can be added if you would like to leave notes on the individual that you drill into for the selected period on the performance board.
To add this widget, click on the add (+) icon on the top right corner of the slideout and select 'Comments'
