To add a goal:

  • Open the desired wallboard from the Wallboards index


  • Click on 'Add Slide' -> 'New'


  • Give your slide a name and click 'Save'


  • Next, click on 'Add Elements' and select 'Add Goal' from the dropdown


  • Select the goal you want to display from the resulting list and click 'Add'


If there are no goals in the list, please contact support@fleetops.com to set you up with goals

  • Once your goal appears in the slide. click 'Save' on the top right corner of the slide



To edit the goal

  • Click on 'Edit' from the menu on the top right corner of the goal card


  • In the resulting form, you can update your goal as you wish.

    • Update goal title

    • Change the metric

    • Add filters to the selected metric

    • Change the start & end date of your goal

    • Edit the goal value

    • Add KPIs


  • Once you've made your edits, make sure to scroll to the bottom of the form and click on 'Update'



Copying a goal

  • Making a copy of a goal is the best way to create a new one

  • To copy, click on 'Copy' from the menu on the top right corner of the goal card


  • Modify the goal as needed and click on 'Create' at the bottom of the form. This will create the copy in the background.

  • In order to use the newly created goal in the wallboard, create a new slide and add the goal using the steps outlined .
