Utilize the following guidelines to create a workspace that enhances the efficiency of your management meetings.


Step 1: Create a Company Overview KPI List


  • Start by creating a new KPI List titled 'Company Overview' using the steps outlined here. This will be integrated into the meeting workspace later.

  • Add the KPIs that you know are required for your meeting. Additional ones can always be included later.

  • Use group rows to visually segregate your KPIs, facilitating a straightforward review during the meeting.

  • Add manual KPIs to ensure all your essential metrics are in a single location for meetings.

Step 2: Create an Executive Meeting Workspace

  • Create a new workspace titled 'Executive Meeting Space' following the steps outlined in here.

  • Add the company overview KPI List that you created in Step 1 by clicking on 'Add Tab' and selecting the 'KPI List' option.

  • Add a tasks tab to your workspace to complete the meeting setup.

  • Include any additional reports or dashboards that you intend to review during the meeting.

Step 3: Add your Team to the Workspace

Finally, share the workspace with the rest of your team.

This allows your team analyze the data prior to meetings and leave notes on the KPI List for subsequent review.
