Create a new dashboard

Step-by-step guide to creating a new standard dashboard and setting its access level.

Note: this feature is available to Admin users only.

A dashboard is where your team tracks the metrics that matter day-to-day. The fastest way to start is to copy gadget feature from an existing dashboard. To build one from scratch, follow these steps.

Build a dashboard from scratch

  • Go to Dashboards in the main nav and click Create Dashboard (top-right).
    ​

  • Click 'New' in the 'Create Dashboard' wizard.

  • Enter a title for your dashboard and set the desired access level.

    Note: You can change these any time from the dashboard's settings.
    ​

  • Pick an option from the list and click Add.

  1. Add gadget from gallery

  2. Create new gadget
    ​

  3. Add metric list
    ​

  4. Add image card
    ​

  5. Add video card
    ​

  6. Add text card
    ​

  7. Add Iframe
    ​

  8. Add Goal
    ​

  • Once your item is on the canvas, click Save (top-right).
    ​
