By default the FleetOps platform has a fleet wide configuration for a week which is decided on during onboarding. Read more about the default reporting week
Occasionally, you might come across certain data which you report on using a different week. For example, your default reporting week is 'Mon - Sun'. But the Driver Retention data is reported for the week 'Sun - Sat'.
This can easily be done without having to change the default reporting week.
On gadgets:
Open the 'Gadget Settings' screen which you see
when adding a new gadget to a dashboard
by clicking on 'Edit filters' on a gadget's context menu
2. Click 'Reporting Week' to open the list of weeks and choose the one that you'd like to use for your gadget.
3. Click 'Save' on the bottom right corner to save your changes.
On Reports:
Click the report menu in the top right corner of the report and choose 'Edit'
Click 'Reporting Week' to open the list of weeks and choose the one that you'd like to use for the report
Click 'Save' to save your changes.
