A grid is a table made up of several rows & columns. It has an option to 'Export' which is available under the menu which appears on the top right corner when you hover over the grid.
Clicking on 'Export', downloads the grid to your local machine as an Excel file.
To export data from a graph:
Click on View raw data in the menu
This will open a pop-up grid, that you can then export to an Excel file
