What are Targets?
Targets live inside performance apps in FleetOps. To set up a new performance app, contact FleetOps support — we'll ask a few setup questions:
Which fields will the targets apply to? (e.g. driver miles, MPG, revenue)
How often do you want to track progress? (e.g. weekly, monthly)
One target for everyone, or separate targets per group (e.g. driver divisions)?
What targets can do
Set different targets based on custom rules — e.g. handle driver-trainer targets separately from regular drivers
Report on historical performance against targets
Set targets on future dates to plan for seasonality or other upcoming changes
Note
Only System and App Admins can manage and edit targets.
