What are Targets?
Targets are configured within performance apps in FleetOps. To create a new performance app, you must speak with FleetOps support. They will always ask some upfront questions, such as:
On which fields will we be creating targets e.g. driver miles, MPG, revenue
The cadence that you would like to track progress e.g. weekly, monthly
Are we defining targets for all resources as a single group or instead set targets for individual groups such as driver divisions
Key features
Set different targets based on custom rules & conditions e.g. handle driver trainer targets differently than regular drivers
Report on historical performance against targets
Plan ahead with target setting on future dates to account for seasonality or other upcoming changes
