You can only upload awards for customers that have a completed order for this customer and this specific origin or destination. If that is not the case, you need to wait until that is the case before adding the award.
Mass Upload (Recommended)
We recommended maintaining a master sheet for all customer or per customer. Ensure the master sheet is the source of truth, and new commitments are added to the bottom of the sheet.
To add to the system:
Select "Upload Awards" from the left navigation panel.
Download the Sample CSV. This is the CSV structure that must be used.
Click 'Select .CSV' and select the file you want to upload from your computer.
Adding Awards from the board (one by one)
While we recommend uploading commitments through the file upload option, it is supported to add commitments one by one from the UI.
Adding commitments through the 'Add Commitment' option on the board only allows you to add commitments for existing customers i.e.
The Customer, Origin and Destination are required for creating commitments through the board.
To do this Select "Lane Awards" from the left side navigation panel.
Click "Manage Commitments"
A pop up will open and from here select "Add New Award"
