Using the Customer Awards Tracker

How to set up quick filters and track weekly progress against contract commitments on the Awards Tracker.

Once you've uploaded all of your awarded lanes, you can start tracking performance against the commitment each week and the contract as a whole.

Quick filters help identify lanes of interest.

How to set up quick filters?

To set up a quick filter:

  • Click the menu in the top right-hand corner of the board to open a drop-down list and select ‘Quick Filters’

  • Click 'Create new filter' in the resulting pop-up

Give the quick filter a name and build your filter as you would in a report and click 'Save'


  • Remove filters by clicking on the 'X' next to it and reorder them by dragging a quick filter to the desired position

Tracking Progress

  • The progress fields on the board show you how you're doing for the current week and how you're doing against contract. Hovering over it shows you the difference as well as more detail such as when the contract began

  • Click on a lane to view historical performance on that lane against commitments and more details about the contract
