Users without admin credentials don't see any dashboards or reports until they have been assigned to view them or the asset's access level is set to 'public'.
To assign a dashboard to a user:
From your navigation panel, go to 'Dashboards' and click on the 3 dots on the far right of the dashboard to access 'Settings'
Once you click on 'Settings', set the Access to 'Users'
Select the required users from the dropdown and click 'Done'
Note, that if the user hasn't accepted their invite yet, the drop down list will show their email address, not their name.
Click 'Save'
