NB: The Portal interface must be activated by FleetOps. Please contact [email protected] if you do not see the options below.

Users will need to migrated one by one to the new interface. When switched over, they will have the option to switch back to the old layout until you remove it. Users can only be migrated by an Admin.

1. Go to the user listing in FleetOps: https://app.fleetops.com/settings/users
​

2. Click on the user you wish to migrate.
​

3. You will see two switches you need to confirm. The user will not be notified of any changes.
​

Switch 1: Default Layout: Here you switch the user to the Portals (New).
​

Switch 2: Role: Here you pick the role for the user in the new interface. See more information on Roles.
​

4. Go to the Portal interface and assign them to the correct Portal.

5. The switch is now complete - the next time the user logs in they will see the Portal interface. They can continue to switch back to the old layout if needed.

It is important to ensure they are correctly set up with the right role and access in the new interface, otherwise they will not see any reporting.
