To upload customer lane awards:

  • Open the customer awards tracker


  • Click on the menu in the top right-hand corner of the board to open a drop-down list and select ‘Upload FleetOps Customer Lane Awards’


  • Download the Sample CSV. This is the CSV structure that must be used.

  • Click on 'Select .CSV' and select the file you want to upload from your computer.


Adding Awards from the board (one by one)

While we recommend uploading commitments through the file upload option, it is also possible to add commitments one by one from the UI.

  • Adding commitments through the 'Add Commitment' option on the board only allows you to add commitments for existing customers i.e. an order must have already been completed for this customer and this specific origin or destination.

  • The Customer, Origin and Destination are required for creating commitments through the board.
