As an admin or editor you can invite a new team member to FleetOps using the following steps:

  • Click on the settings icon at the bottom of your navigation panel

  • Go to 'Users' and click on the '+ New User' option


  • Enter all required details: new user's email and role

  • Assign assets to the new user by selecting them from a drop down list.


    Note: You should always choose an asset for the role 'Viewer', otherwise they won't see any reports or dashboards


  • Invite multiple users in one flow by clicking on: Add another invitation.

  • If you added a new field by mistake, cancel it by clicking on a cross on your right hand side.

  • Click on 'Send Invitation' once you are done



Note: Invitation links expire in 14 days. You can resend invitations after they have expired
