Access a detail screen for an individual resource?

There are two ways to access an resource:

• Search
  

• Drill down
  

Search for a driver, truck or customer

Note: The 'Search' feature is only accessible to users who have been granted access to a resource. You can learn how to do that here.

If resource screens have been enabled for your organization, Users who have access to a reesource will see a 'Search' option in the navigation menu on the left, under 'Home'. Note, a user may only search across resources which they have access to.

Click on 'Search' and this will open up a full page search where you can type in the entity that you are searching for.

The empty state also outlines which entities you can search for. In this example, you can search for Customers, Drivers or Trucks.

Drill down from a report or dashboard

If resources have been enabled for your organization, all users will see new icons that appear on hover in a table on reports and dashboards.

Clicking on this icon will open the resource detail screen in a new tab.

Switching between resources

Once you have opened a driver screen for example, you can easily switch between drivers using the dropdown on the top right of the screen.
