Add reports or dashboards to the FM AX View
Who can do this: Only System or App Admins have permission to add screens to the FM AX View.
To add a screen (such as a report, dashboard, or KPI list) to the FM AX View:
Open the FM AX app
Hover over the left-hand navigation panel
Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the left navigation panel.
Click Add Screen
In the pop-up window:
Choose the type of screen you want to add (e.g., Report, Dashboard, KPI List)
Use the dropdown menu to find and select the specific report or dashboard name
Click Add Report in the bottom-right corner to confirm
