Customize settings on the Performance Board

Reference for every Performance Board setting — General, Fields, Quick Filters, and Reason Codes.

Note: this feature is available to System & App Admin users only.

To access the performance board settings, click the settings icon on the top right corner of the board.

General

This section outlines the general settings of the performance board.

  • See what dataset is used

  • Rename the board if needed

  • Change the default sort order of the board

  • Define scope on the board to filter the data displayed by default

Fields

The 'Fields' section lets you

  • Select which fields you would like to hide or display on the board

  • Re-order fields on the table using drag & drop or use quick actions to send to top or bottom of the list

  • Note: The field used to sort the board defaults to 'Displayed'. This field cannot be hidden as long as it is used for sorting.

Quick Filters

These filters are available as switches on the board which can be turned on or off while using the board

  • To create a quick filter, click 'New Quick Filter'

  • Give your filter a name. For example, 'Below Target'

  • Create you filter by clicking on 'Add Filter'.

Reason Codes

You can optionally define a list of reason codes in this section which can be used to gain insights into potential areas of improvement

  • To create a new reason code, type in the reason code and click 'Add Code'
