Share content in FleetOps

Three ways to share content in FleetOps — Apps, Workspaces, and individual user shares.

There are a number of ways to share content in FleetOps in the new FleetOps interface. You can share content with individual users or user groups.


Option 1: Apps

Who can do this: System administrators or App AdministratorsYou can add users/user groups to an App as an App Viewer. This means they will see all App related outputs, which may also include Frontline Views.

Suitable for: management of a particular team e.g. VP of Operations added to the FM AX App.

Option 2: Workspaces

You can create a Workspace containing content from one or many Apps, and share that with whomever you wish. Workspaces can be created on any topic by Administrators and Executive Users.

Suitable for: create a weekly meeting space and sharing it with people from various teams.

Option 3: Individual Sharing

You can share individual pieces of content with users or groups regardless of their access to any App or Workspace.

Suitable for: ad hoc reporting or if the person(s) should not see the full output of an App or Workspace.
